SHIPPING & RETURNS

All products must be reviewed by the customer within 7 days of receiving the order. If there was a mistake with the order, damaged or defective product, the customer has the responsibility to contact Jacobson immediately. A Customer Service Representative will work with you to correct the mistake.  In the case of a defective product, it will be replaced or a credit will be issued.  

Customers have the responsibility to review their orders prior to check out, confirming all quantities and items purchased. Once web orders are delivered, customers will not be able to return items. All inquires for return must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. The customer must first contact a Customer Service Representative and explain the reason for the return. Jacobson reserves the right to impose a 15% restocking fee on returned merchandise.  It will be the burden for customer on the return freight. The return must be identified with the authorization code number marked on the outside of the carton.  Upon receipt of the return merchandise a credit will be issued to your account. When placing the following order your authorization code must be noted for the credit to be applied.
